A beautiful Abruzzo wine mainly made from Pecorino and partially blended with other grapes for depth and balance. This has a lovely fresh finish, a pleasant texture, and a great savoury flavour with a hint of grip. Think of apples, raw almonds, and a touch of salt. Aged in concrete tanks, it's a classy wine on its own terms and bottled without sulfites.
