Dōkan Daiginjō sake with direct samurai lineage, symbolised by the name Dolan; founder of the present-day imperial palace. A bold fragrant nose leads to ripe melon, peach taste and fennel aromas. The palate has a light touch of sweetness and a refreshing finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with lighter-styled dishes. Unpasteurised, unfiltered and undiluted. Drink and store cold.
