Since then he's become a cult figure in natural wine — working old dry-farmed vines of indigenous Catalan varieties at 450 metres on schist and marl, farming biodynamically, and adding zero sulphur since 2015. The Blanc is 70% Grenache Gris, 30% Macabeu — some direct-pressed, some on skins — aged in large neutral foudres.
