After the legendary Alain Castex and Ghislaine Magnier decided to retire from their beloved Banyuls estate in 2015, they handed over the tiny, perilously steep vineyards to the young, upcoming winemaker Jordi Perez. Continuing Alain and Ghislaine's legacy, Jordi is now creating wines with incredible vibrancy and precision that few other wineries in the region can match.
