A limited edition Sake combines two medieval traditions: the bodaimoto (also called mizumoto) unique medieval brewing method of Nara breweries and the 1000-year-old kijoshu tradition of using sake instead of sake brewing water. Hanatomoe, the top brand of high-level acidity sake, has now made bodaimoto sake based on bodaimoto sake! Young, fresh, sweet and sour. Unpasteurised, unfiltered, undiluted, no yeast added. Store in refrigeration. Drink cold.
