Jean-Pierre Robinot farms 7 hectares on limestone, red clay, and silex across Jasnières and Coteaux-du-Loir, treating his vines with wild plant infusions and harvesting entirely by hand. Pineau d'Aunis is the Loire's most characterful red grape — high acidity, a distinctive peppery edge, and an aromatic profile unlike anything from the Rhône or Burgundy. The Lumière des Sens is the more concentrated of Robinot's two Pineau d'Aunis reds: darker fruit, more structure, longer time in old wood. Nothing added, nothing removed.
