Instint Animal Orange 2023 is a vivid and energetic expression of Xarel·lo from three distinct Penedès vineyards, each contributing its own character to the final blend. The grapes macerate for 14 days on the skins before spontaneous fermentation and 10 months of aging on the lees in stainless steel, resulting in a wine that is both lifted and textural.
This is Cal Xurriu at their most vibrant: a pure, gently grippy orange wine that balances citrus brightness with Mediterranean herbal tones. Fresh, lively, and quietly complex.
