This blend is 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, with 70% from the 2020 harvest and 30% from 2019. Hand-harvested, pressed parcel by parcel in a traditional Coquard press, fermented with native yeasts in a mix of stainless steel and old oak, aged 30 months on lees.
