Their 95 certified hectares sit in the hills around Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve, on limestone, clay, and schist soils between 130 and 180 metres, cooled by Mediterranean sea breezes. The Tibo Blanc is a pure Chardonnay made without any additions, using only native yeasts.
