Sant’Ellero Bianco 2023 by La Ginestra is a luminous Tuscan white that captures the vibrancy and quiet elegance of its landscape.

Made from 80% Trebbiano, 10% Malvasia Toscana, and 10% Sangiovese, the grapes undergo a brief whole-cluster maceration before a gentle fermentation in stainless steel. The estate farms organically and biodynamically, surrounded by olive trees, bees, and wildflowers — a living ecosystem that breathes through the wine.

In the glass, it glows pale gold with soft amber hints. Aromas of white peach, blossom, and citrus peel mingle with a touch of wild herbs and minerality. On the palate, it’s fresh and textured, with a lively finish that lingers on chalky notes and clean acidity.
