This 2023 is all estate fruit: 95% Lledoner Negre from 40-year-old vines, 5% Muscat from a 60-year-old parcel, both on fully slate soils. Co-macerated for 36 hours, pressed, fermented spontaneously, then rested on full lees for six months.
