Lively and modern Bourgogne Blanc from an organic Chardonnay plot high above Beaune. The whole bunch was pressed and partly fermented in barriques and part in steel tanks. Ripe, yellow fruit flavours, fresh acidity and a touch of salinity. Just how we like it!
