Côte-Rôtie So’Brune 2018
Produced from vines at the top of the Côte Brune on a terraced terroir composed of mica schist. Jean Michel is a purist, with no chemicals used in the vineyard or the winery. A blended cuvée of Syrah and Viognier, which undergoes carbonic maceration and then spends 12 months maturing in barrels. Bottled unfiltered with zero sulphur. Amazing stuff.
