Fior di Bianco 2021

A lovely, fragrant wine with notes of citrus, wildflowers, sea salt, and brine. Deliciously salty and aromatic, Fior di Bianco is primarily made from Grillo, with a bit of Catarratto and a touch of Zibibbo added. The grapes fermented on their skins for just one day before being pressed into vats for a short rest.
