Frisant Rosato is a testament to winemaker Mario's unwavering vision. A delightful, lightly effervescent Pet Nat that effortlessly blends Il Farneto is full of bright, red florals, and a lot of plum and, sweet cherry spiked with orange rind. It almost tastes like a baby Lambrusco.
