One of the best versions of Pinot Noir from Jura we've ever tasted. Produced from the fruit of two vineyards, and after pressing, the bulk of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks (the remaining portion is done in large, old barrels). This preserves the vibrancy and freshness of the deep red fruits that are the wine's primary flavour component.
