Finally a new vintage of Akishika's Tasanshu, a pure sake made with a yeast variety that provides a lot of acidity. Refereshing and fruity, full and deep taste, balancing sweetness and acidity. Extremely limited. In cooperation with the brewery we will age this and release only 120 bottles every year. Unpasteurised, unfiltered and undiluted.
