100% Serine from Gneiss soils. Carbonic maceration followed by fermentation of 40- 50 days without pigéage. 24 months maturation in large barrels with 5mg sulphur added on bottling. Very intense, ripe, deep acids with notes of dark fruit, olive and wild herbs. Incredibly intense wine. Decanting recommended. Huge potential for maturing.
