Masiero Gianfranco's Tai Rosso undergoes spontaneous fermentation in open wooden vats, where the grapes are left in contact with skins for over 10 days. Aged for another 12 months in barrel and then bottled unfiltered, this is natural glou-glou at its best. Easy drinking, bright red fruits and a wallop of acidity to bring it all together.
