Limited edition, which is a combination of two medieval traditions: the bodaimoto (also called mizumoto) unique medieval brewing method of Nara breweries and the 1000-year old kijoshu tradition of using sake instead of brewing water. Hanatomoe, the top-brand of high-level acidity sake, has now made bodaimoto sake on the basis of bodaimoto sake! Young, fresh, sweet and sour. Unpasteurised, unfiltered, undiluted, no yeast added. Store in refigeration. Drink cold.
