Pinot Nero 2015
Biodynamic/low-intervention Pinot Nero from the Voltumna boys. 50/50 whole bunch fermented in steel. The wine is aged in used oak barrels of various sizes for 18 months, creating an incredibly aromatic and flavoursome, earthy Pinot. Intense flavours of light red fruit. Bright acids and mild tannins. Only 1200 bottles produced.
