The Lys-rød is his most immediate wine: 70% Blauer Wildbacher from 35–40-year-old vines, 30% Zweigelt, hand-harvested, destemmed and macerated on skins for 3 hours before gentle pressing into used 500-litre barrels. The No. 34 is a two-vintage blend — part 2024 aged 18 months, part 2025 aged 6 months — combined for balance and continuity.
