Between the rugged mountains of Alto Adige, Feral crafts beverages as distinctive as their surroundings. They are botanists, scientists, and chefs who create alcohol-free alternatives starting with humble, often overlooked ingredients like organic beets. Through lactic fermentation and infusion with roots, spices, and woods, these drinks are elevated to deliver a completely new taste experience.  

The Number 1 is made from fermented white beet juice with hop, Szechuan pepper, and citrus. It offers bright, zesty notes of citrus balanced with the earthy sweetness of beet, the floral bitterness of hop, and a tingling, slightly numbing spice from Szechuan pepper. Together, these flavors create a layered and refreshing profile that lingers with a subtle, complex warmth.
