How does The Natural Wine Club work?

Our Natural Wine Club is a curated wine subscription service focussing on minimal intervention winemaking from small producers around the world.

How do you choose your wines?

We seek out genuine wines from around the world, with a preference for small-batch viticulturists. 

Are there savings on the wines included?

Yes. The wines in the subscription box will always have a higher retail value than the subscription cost.

When will I receive my box?

Boxes are dispatched within five working days of receiving a new order, while recurring packages are shipped and charged on the following monthly or bi-monthly date of joining. 

Where do you ship subscription boxes to?

Currently, our subscription service is available for customers within NL, Belgium, Germany [€5 shipping per order], and France & Denmark [€8 shipping per order]. The shipping rates are lower versus regular orders, because we luv 🫶🏼 our subscribers. 

Shipping to other countries is possible by request. Please send us a message/email for further details.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

You're welcome to cancel your subscription anytime. Follow the details in your sign-up email, and we will pause or cancel your account immediately.

Can I choose what goes in the box?

Customised boxes aren't possible in the spirit of getting you the best value out of the wines.
