A Gamay made to our liking; an almost weightless mouthfeel and a very delicate tannic structure. A scent of carbo bubblegum and dusty crushed peppercorn spice, followed by some deep black cherry fruit and a lively lick of acidity, all supported by stony minerals, makes this wine incredibly approachable.
