The first of the Tamagawa products to be made in a pre-modern Cuvée Sauvage fashion without adding yeast. A limited version of this full-body yamahai sake was given an extra maturation at room temperature. Robust and pure taste and an enchanting rice aroma are the trademarks of Japan's only foreign master brewer. Slow-brew, unpasteurised, unfiltered and undiluted sake. Drink slightly chilled. At room temperature or warmed up.
