Une Rosé de Blancs 2022

Diego Losado, the inventive winemaker from the renowned Bierzo region in north-west Spain, has crafted a genuinely unconventional and intriguing 'rosé'. Unlike the typical method of short maceration with red grapes, this wine emerged from entirely different circumstances. The blend comprises 70 to 80-year-old Dona Blanca and Palomino white grapes, which were meticulously hand-harvested.
