Fuck The System 2021

When managing his winery, Pedro's approach is a "micro-scale" project of manual work and sustainable management of the vineyard. His aptly named 'Fuck The System' cuvée has excellent sour cherry notes and soft round tannins. Twelve hours of maceration, then fermented in stainless steel, where the wine was stored on the yeast for ten months until bottled—a light country wine with a delicate touch.
