Reigen is a Berlin-based sake brewery located in the basement of a former bowling alley. Neighbor toĀ @ernst.caveĀ andĀ @julius.ernst.berlinĀ š¤¤ Since 2024 they are crafting high quality European sake using the traditional Bodai-Moto method, an ancient fermentation technique that yields bold, funky, and complex flavors appealing to both sake enthusiasts and wine lovers.
