An exquisite, deep-tasting plum wine (umeshu), made based on 12-year-aged pure sake and special plums. A very refreshing, pure and fruity drink. Not too sweet and not too sour, topped off with an almond aroma. Enjoy as an aperitif, dinner, or dessert, especially in Summer. Drink cold, either straight or on-the-rocks.
