Jas sources both varieties from organically farmed Rheinhessen growers and macerates each separately for 5 days semi-carbonically before blending during winter. The result is a deep Bernstein amber — honeyed, aromatic, and slightly sweet in a way that feels deliberate rather than accidental. Zero sulphites added at bottling. 800 bottles made.

Tasting Notes
Aroma: caramelised orchard fruit, mandarin, agave, sunflower, light floral
