What’s Inside
1️⃣ Pâté en croûte, Le Seasonal [vegetarian]
Carrots, onions and mushrooms marinated in ras el hanout, layered with goat’s cheese in a golden, buttery crust. Around 250g, served with mustard.
2️⃣ Le Tout Nouveau 2026 · Cosima Bassouls
Semi-carbonic for extra texture, from a dry vintage that gave more concentration. Ripe dark cherry and a round finish. 100% Gamay from Beaujolais.
Why this pairing?
Le Tout Nouveau’s fuller body and ripe fruit stand up to warm spice and creamy goat’s cheese. Pour it slightly chilled.
