Jasmin of Katla Wines is one of the most genuinely experimental producers in Germany — and this is her most experimental bottle. To Me You Are Everything is neither wine nor cider. It's a co-ferment of foraged wild apples, wild pears, grapes from organically farmed vines, birch, and mugwort — whatever the forests around Eckelsheim had to offer. Fermented in stainless steel, bottled as a pét nat with zero sulphites added. Deep, dark, herbal, and deliberately hard to classify.
