Inside I'm a Boat Built of Paper 2022 by Anders Frederik Steen & Anne Bruun Blauert is deep, structured, and ever-evolving—a wine that starts out as classic Grenache but flirts with Burgundy finesse before settling back into its rich, dark-fruited identity. Sourced from 1956-planted old vines, it’s built on black cherries, thyme, and salted caramel, with a lingering cacao finish.

Macerated for a month, then aged on lees in old barriques for two years, this is a wine that has transformed over time—lifting with well-integrated volatile notes while preserving its fruit at the forefront. One to drink now, and even better to age.
