Tonsur 2020

Tonsur is a fresh and territorial white wine from a blend of white grapes. On the palate, it is warm, soft, and balanced, with an excellent acid texture. After ageing in used tonneaux and steel, it is characterized by a straw yellow colour—intense aromas of fresh fruit on the nose, spicy and caramelized hints with mineral notes.
