Using 85% Roditis and 15% Malagousia, it’s fermented with wild yeasts and the usage of ancient techniques like using fir branches and thyme for cap management. Expect bold flavors of mountain herbs, mango, peach, and citrus with a hint of resin. Its high acidity, soft tannins, and bright orange color make it super refreshing.
