Pheasant’s Tears – Rkatsiteli Bodbiskhevi 2022 is Georgia’s untamed spirit in a bottle. Grown in Kakheti on sandstone, it’s got all the wild vibes: dried mango, a hint of flowers, and a spicy kick of black pepper. Softer than the usual orange crowd from Bakurtsikhe but still packs a punch. Earthy, a bit edgy, and aged in sealed qvevri—pure Georgian magic.
