Deix 2021

A pure Xarel Lo from the master of his varietal. Made from the first free-run juice after the grapes were crushed and then fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by maturation in amphoras beneath a layer of flor. The citrus and orchard fruit notes show slightly oxidised aromas, and their fresh, salty flavours are lustrously mouthwatering—a delicious wine to be cherished.
