when to buy & when to expect your gifts
Receive your gifts on time '25
Due to a higher order volume deliveries may take a little longer than usual—it's best to order early. In order to make sure your wines & gifts arrive well in time for your holiday festivities in 2025, please order by the following dates:
The Netherlands - order before 8pm Friday December 19th
Amsterdam - any shop pick up orders can be collected during opening hrs, see FAQ below for exact timings
Europe - order before 8pm Thursday December 18th

SHIPPING INFO
For standard shipping, place your order by December 19th to ensure your wine arrives in time for Christmas.
Of course but we can not guarantee that your order will arrive by the 24th of December.
For standard delivery, orders placed before noon on Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day.
While we work with DPD to ensure timely delivery, please allow for potential delays during the holiday season. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment!
We partner with DPD for all our orders. At checkout you can also select a DPD pick-up point, which is cheaper than shipping directly to a specific address.
GIFT INFO
Only as part of our gift-boxes. You will receive a special CHENIN CHENIN box.
Absolutely! Just include their address during checkout, and we’ll handle the rest. You can even add a personalized message.

Yes! You can select in-store pickup at checkout and collect your wine at our Amsterdam store during any of the opening hrs mentioned.
