The result? A deep, textural white with orchard, tropical, and stone fruit notes, complemented by floral aromatics and a distinct saline minerality.
Unfined, unfiltered, and made without added sulfites, this is pure Penedès terroir in a bottle. With only 850 bottles produced, it’s a rare and thoughtful wine, structured yet fresh, complex yet drinkable.
