Although it bears the primary Bourgogne appellation, its personality, balance, and freshness may confuse it for one of its renowned bordering appellations! Pinot Noir from an east-facing parcel below Puligny-Montrachet and some more grapes from a nearby Maranges lot. The fruit is manually harvested, crushed, and then matured in old oak barrels for a year—brilliant stuff from two young, exciting winemakers.
