A paradox in a bottle — light in body, but rich in flavour. Rosso…se is made from biodynamically farmed Rossese grapes, grown on old vines planted in the 1940s at 600m altitude in Liguria. It undergoes long maceration with spontaneous fermentation (both alcoholic and malolactic), then spends 10 months aging in old barrels on fine lees, followed by a year in bottle before release.
What you get is an elegant, textural wine — smooth, layered, and generous. Expect a core of ripe red fruit, delicate spice, and lifted acidity. A beautiful match with red meats, poultry, rich sauces, or goat’s cheese.
