Made from Grenache Blanc and Grenache Noir from Valgrand, the grapes were pressed slowly over five days, resulting in a pale, delicately hued wine that sits somewhere between rosé and white.
Textured yet airy, ripe yet lifted, it shows Steen’s signature touch: gentle oxidation, tactile finesse, and a subtle, elegant bitterness that keeps you coming back. A wine that shifts and evolves with every sip.
