A rosé with depth and purpose. In the End All That Is Left Is What We Give by Anders Frederik Steen & Anne Bruun Blauertis not your usual light and breezy pink—it’s more structured, layered, and full of energy. Made from Syrah and Viognier sourced from Domaine La Mazel, the grapes were direct-pressed separately over 2–3 days, then blended for fermentation and aged in old wooden foudres over winter and spring. The result? A vibrant rosé with cherry bon bon notes, a touch of volatility, and just enough tannin to add complexity.
More suited for the dinner table than the beach—this is a rosé with presence.
