Fermented destemmed, it carries a touch of earthiness and spice, balanced by vibrant fruit and a soft, silky texture. Aged in a mix of cement, clay, and neutral barrels, it remains fresh, lifted, and effortlessly drinkable.
Expect juicy blueberry, stewed apple, and a hint of wild herbs, with delicate vanilla undertones. Light on its feet at 11.5% yet packed with character, it’s a versatile red that pairs beautifully with a cheeseboard or simply good company.
