Méli-Mélo 2023 by Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques is a lively and free-spirited wine from the Jura — an honest reflection of the region’s natural diversity and energy.
A true field blend of Gamay, Trousseau, Poulsard, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Savagnin, sourced from several small parcels around Montigny-lès-Arsures and Molamboz, the grapes are co-fermented with native yeasts and aged in old barrels with no additions.
In the glass, it shimmers with a light ruby hue. Aromas of red berries, rhubarb, wild herbs, and forest floor unfold with a delicate, earthy charm. On the palate, it’s vibrant and silky, balancing juicy fruit, fine tannins, and a subtle mineral lift — playful yet precise.
