Like El Carner, Tattouine 2023 is one of those Matassa wines that refuses easy labels — and that’s exactly why we love it. Made from 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Noir, the grapes macerate on their skins for around three weeks, blurring the line between red, orange, and something entirely its own.
The result is a textured, lifted wine with aromatic depth, gentle grip, and that unmistakable Matassa energy. Savoury, saline, and quietly powerful, it’s a wine that evolves constantly in the glass — no wonder it’s a long-time shop favourite.
