Crafted from a blend of Macabeu and Muscat, these vines thrive at approximately 600 meters, rooted in limestone enriched with high iron content. Post spontaneous fermentation and meticulous destemming, the Olla Blanc 2022 undergoes a period of maturation on its lees within small concrete tanks (2,000l).
