Josep Maria and Rebeca hand-harvest from shallow, stony clay soils in Santa Oliva — the same land behind all the Mas Perdut wines. The Pulmó — "the lungs" in Catalan — is naturally co-fermented in steel tanks for 72 hours with skin contact for colour and aroma, then bottled mid-fermentation to finish dry over six months. Disgorged without additions of any kind, sulphites included. 8,040 bottles made.
