The Carente de Todo 2020 from Pinyolet Vinyaters is a striking skin-contact white made entirely from Garnatxa Blanca, grown on limestone soils in Catalunya. True to its name — “lacking everything” — this wine is made with nothing added and nothing taken away, showcasing pure grape character and raw vitality.

The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented on the skins for several days with native yeasts before aging in neutral oak barrels. The result is a golden, textural wine with aromas of dried apricot, orange peel, and wild herbs, balanced by a gentle grip and a saline, mineral finish.
